Payment and delivery

Payment and order

Confirmation of an order implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

 

Payment for products is made online via the following methods:

 

  • Wix Payments (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay),

  • PayPal,

  • online bank transfer.

 

Full payment is due upon validation of the order by the customer.
All transactions are secure and processed directly by our payment providers (Wix Payments, PayPal, etc.), in accordance with current security standards (SSL encryption, PCI DSS compliance). Gaby's workshop never has access to its customers' bank details.

 

In case of refusal or impossibility of payment (opposition, lack of funds…), the order is automatically cancelled.

 

Delivery and rates

Products are delivered via B-Post or Mondial Relay, either to the customer's home or to a collection point, depending on their choice. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the carrier, the weight of the package, and the destination country. Average delivery times are 3 to 7 business days (indicative times).

 

Delivery is available in the following countries: Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland.

 

Free delivery is offered for orders over €50 and will be automatically applied to your order.

 

Additional option:

  • Free collection possible in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, by appointment.

 

Right of withdrawal and refund

In accordance with Articles VI.47 to VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, the customer has a period of 14 working days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

 

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision in writing (email to ateliergaby.be@gmail.com ). Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


The refund (including the price of the product(s) as well as the initial delivery costs) will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

 

⚠️ Personalized, custom-made or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
